General

The Player agrees that deposits and withdrawals initiated with Nova88 (the “Company”) will be processed by third-party payment processors and/or financial institutions referred to as ‘Payment Service Providers’ (PSPs). The Player irrevocably authorizes the Company, as necessary, to instruct such PSPs to handle account deposits and withdrawal requests.

Furthermore, the Player agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of each applicable PSP. In the event of conflict between this Agreement and the PSP’s terms and conditions, this Agreement shall prevail.

Payment Service Providers

All financial transactions are processed by authorized third-party PSPs. Players irrevocably authorize the Company to instruct PSPs on their behalf.

Security Reserves

For security and anti-money laundering reasons, the Company reserves the right not to execute financial transactions on frozen, self-excluded, closed, or accounts under investigation.

Agreement Precedence

In any conflict between this Agreement and a PSP’s terms and conditions, the terms set out in this Player Funds Policy shall prevail at all times.

Account Registration Requirements

To play on our website, the Player is required to open an account through which they can access the various products. The Player must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information.

Initial Registration

Players must provide: Username, Password, Real Name, Email Address, Nationality, Date of Birth, and Preferred Currency. Players must confirm they are 18 years of age or older.

Profile Completion (Before Deposits/Withdrawals)

Before transacting, Players must also complete: First Name, Surname, Full Address (City, State, Country, Post Code), valid Phone Number, Date of Birth, and preferred deposit option.

Maintain Accurate Information

Players agree to provide complete, accurate and current information and must immediately inform the Company of any changes to such information.

Prohibited Activity & Account Actions

If the Company has reason to believe that Players have participated in or are connected with any form of Prohibited Activity, the following actions may be taken:

Account Lock: Immediate locking of the suspected Player’s account, access to funds, log-in, gameplay, deposits and withdrawals.

Warnings: The Company may issue formal warnings to Players in violation of Prohibited Activities. Two warnings may result in account closure.

Enhanced Due Diligence: Conduct of additional verification and background checks deemed necessary by the Company’s compliance team.

Permanent Termination: The Company may permanently terminate a Player’s account. Any attempt to recreate a new account may lead to immediate confiscation of funds.

Retention of Funds & Winnings: The Company reserves the right to retain all monies in such an account, void the Player’s winnings fully or partially, and/or recover any other sums attributable to the Prohibited Activity.

Without derogating from the foregoing, the Company may suspend or restrict a Player’s account or limit access to games and tournaments at its sole discretion.

Deposits

When the Player opens an account, the payment methods available in the Player’s jurisdiction will appear on the Cashier page when the Player clicks on the “Deposit” tab. A minimum deposit is required before players can start playing real money games.

Genuine Intent Required

Deposits must be made with the sole intention of accessing and enjoying the Company’s games with real money.

Lawful Instruments Only

Players shall only use financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to them. Use of another person’s payment method is prohibited.

Cryptocurrency Deposits

For crypto deposits, it is the Player’s responsibility to execute payment instructions correctly. The Company will not compensate for payments sent to erroneous addresses or using wrong networks.

Deposit Limits: Minimum and maximum limits apply to deposits depending on the method of deposit. The Company reserves the right to change these limits at any time at its sole discretion.

Withdrawals

The Player must first make a deposit and wager it at least once in order to be eligible to withdraw any funds from their account. All withdrawal requests are subject to transaction limits that may change from time to time at the Company’s sole discretion.

Wagering Requirement: Any subsequent amount deposited must be wagered at least one time in full before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

Cryptocurrency Withdrawals: It is the Player’s responsibility to execute payment instructions properly. The Company will not compensate for payments sent to erroneous addresses or wrong networks.

Tax Obligations: The declaration and payment of all applicable taxes and fees connected with any winnings are the Player’s sole responsibility. The Company may report and/or withhold any amount from winnings if required by relevant legislation.

Same-Method Return: Withdrawals can only be paid to the account and payment method from which the Player’s deposit originated. If unable to do so, an alternate account in the Player’s name will be used upon verification of ownership.

Currency: A Player can only withdraw in the currency in which they are currently registered in the Player’s account.

Split Withdrawals: If the Player’s deposit used several payment methods, the Company reserves the right to split the withdrawal across such payment methods at its discretion and in accordance with governing regulations.

Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum limits apply to withdrawals. The Company reserves the right to change these limits at any time. Large withdrawals may take longer due to enhanced security checks.

Verification & Required Documents

Any withdrawal or refund may be subject to security reviews. In order to process a withdrawal or refund, we may ask the Player to provide one or more of the following documents:

First Withdrawal: Verification is especially important prior to the Player’s first withdrawal, in order to validate personal and financial details before funds are released.

Processing Times

The Company endeavors to process all withdrawals and refunds as promptly as possible, subject to the completion of required verification checks.

Withdrawal Request Submitted

Player submits a withdrawal request. Security review and verification process is initiated by the Company.

Verification Period — Up to 30 Days

If verification is not completed within 30 days, the Company may cancel the Player’s withdrawal or refund request. Players are encouraged to submit all required documents promptly.

Processing After Verification — Within 72 Hours

Once verification is completed to the Company’s satisfaction, withdrawals or refunds will be processed within 72 hours.

Large Withdrawals — Extended Review

Large withdrawals may take longer to be processed as they require enhanced checks and approval by the Security department before being released.

Transfer of Funds

Nova88 maintains a strict policy regarding fund transfers between accounts to ensure security and regulatory compliance.

Account-to-Account Transfers Not Permitted

Players cannot transfer funds from one account to another. All funds must remain within the originating account and follow the standard deposit and withdrawal procedures outlined in this policy.
