Event names, locations, statistics, scores, dates and/or times; Event-related information; team or player names, statistics and related information; odds; prices; handicaps; bet types; stake; information on a particular bet, bet type, or Event related to a wager or bet.
Company Services
The betting, wagering and gaming services through remote gambling or online gaming devices available through the Website and provided by the Company.
Documentation
This Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Betting Rules and Regulations.
Event
The event, incident, occurrence or happening on which the Company is allowing betting through the Website and the Company Services.
Illegal
Includes attempts to circumvent betting limits, hacking, unauthorized use or misuse of Player Account, attempts to bypass security mechanisms, wrongful fund transfers, provision of false Player ID, collusion or syndicate to defraud the Company, and any actions the Company reasonably deems to be fraudulent.
Market
The bet types related to, or possibilities and/or options to place bets on, a particular Event as offered by the Company through the Website.
Personal Information
As defined in the Privacy Policy, in addition to the Player ID.
Privacy Policy
The Company’s policy on privacy and information handling with respect to Players, the Website and the Company Services, published by the Company from time to time at the Website.
Prohibited Jurisdictions
Countries or jurisdictions that have laws prohibiting participation in remote gambling or online gaming activities within their territories.
Betting Rules
The rules for betting on the Website and using the Company Services, published by the Company from time to time on the Website.

  • Times of the day are to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) plus eight hours. Business Hours are 08:00–16:00 on Business Days.
  • Writing includes fax transmission, email, text messages (SMS), electronic messaging and other similar means of communication.
The Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Betting Rules and Regulations form part of these Terms and Conditions. The Documentation has been originally written in English — if translated, the English version will always prevail.

Applicability and Acceptance

The Player is deemed to have accepted the Documentation by selecting the “Agree” button on this page and proceeding to access the Website, or by setting up an account with the Company or using the Company Services.

Important: The Company reserves the right to amend the Documentation at any time without prior notice to the Player. The Player’s continued access and use of the Website will be deemed an unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of any changes made.

It is the responsibility of the Player to read, agree and accept the Documentation, including any changes or modifications. The most updated version will always be available on the Website.

Player Identification and Account Verification

To use the Company Services, a person must first set up a Player Account by providing the following information (“Player ID”):

  • Nominated Username and Password
  • Real Name
  • Current and valid email address
  • Date of Birth and Nationality
  • Preferred Currency
  • Confirmation of being at least 18 years old
  • Confirmation of agreement to these Terms and Conditions
By providing this information, the Player grants consent to the processing and use of Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Company may disclose Personal Information to third parties in the event of a lawful court or governmental order, a money laundering investigation, or where there is reasonable suspicion of an illegal transaction.

The Player must ensure their Player ID is kept accurate and up to date at all times. Failure to provide accurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate closure of the Player Account and forfeiture of all funds.

Account Terms

Limitations
  • Remote gambling may be illegal in certain jurisdictions. It is the Player’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws before opening an account.
  • Every Player may open only one (1) account. If the Company discovers more than one account, it reserves the right to treat them as a joint account or close all but one.
  • The minimum age for opening an account is 18 years old.
  • Players may only place bets up to the limits available in their betting account.
Responsibilities
  • It is the Player’s responsibility to keep their account records (address, telephone number, bank details) up to date at all times.
  • The Player is solely responsible for keeping their username, password and security details confidential. Any bets placed using the correct login credentials are considered valid and binding.
  • Players should routinely check their account balance each time they log in. Discrepancies must be reported to the Company immediately.
  • Players may only participate in games if there are sufficient funds in their Account. The Company does not accept cash and does not extend credit.
  • Players shall only use credit cards and financial instruments that are validly registered in their own name to deposit funds.
  • Players shall not use funds originating from any illegal activity or source.
  • Players are not permitted to transfer funds between accounts or acquire/sell Player accounts.
Important Reservations
The Company reserves the right to: refuse any bet without reason; lock accounts suspected of prohibited or illegal activity; decline financial transactions on frozen, self-excluded or closed accounts; close a Player account and refund the balance without explanation; and forfeit the balance of accounts inactive for one (1) year or longer.

Player Fund Policy — General

Deposits and withdrawals are processed by third-party payment processors and/or financial institutions (“Payment Service Providers” / PSPs). The Player irrevocably authorises the Company to instruct PSPs to handle account deposits and withdrawal requests on their behalf.

The Player agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of each applicable PSP. In the event of conflict between this Agreement and a PSP’s terms, this Agreement shall prevail.

If the Company has reason to believe that a Player has participated in any Prohibited Activity, it reserves the right to lock the Player’s account, access to funds, log-in, gameplay, deposits and withdrawals, and may permanently terminate the account. Any attempt to recreate a new account may lead to immediate confiscation of funds.

Deposits

  • When a Player opens an account, available payment methods will appear on the Cashier page under the “Deposit” tab.
  • A minimum deposit is required before playing real money games. This amount may change at the Company’s sole discretion.
  • Deposits should be made with the sole intention of accessing and enjoying our games with real money.
  • The Player shall only use financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to them.
  • For cryptocurrency deposits, it is the Player’s responsibility to execute payment instructions correctly. The Company will not compensate for payments sent to an erroneous address or made using the wrong network.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the deposit method and are subject to change at any time.

Withdrawals

  • The Player must make at least one deposit and wager it once in full before being eligible to withdraw.
  • Any subsequent deposit must also be wagered at least once in full to be eligible for withdrawal.
  • Cryptocurrency withdrawals must be executed correctly. The Company will not compensate for payments sent to erroneous addresses or using the wrong network.
  • The Player is solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on winnings.
  • Withdrawals can only be paid to the account and payment method from where the Player’s deposit originated.
  • The Player may only withdraw in the currency registered in their Player Account.
Verification: The Company may request: (a) front and back copies of the payment card used; (b) photographic ID (Driving License, Passport or National ID); (c) proof of address (utility bill or credit card statement). If verification is not completed within 30 days, the withdrawal or refund request may be cancelled. Once verified, the Company will process withdrawals within 72 hours.
Large withdrawals may take longer to process as they are subject to enhanced checks by our Security department.

Terms of Transactions

A bet is only deemed Placed when made by the Player via the Website. A bet is deemed Accepted and Recorded only when confirmed by the Company’s gaming server. A bet is deemed Completed when the Player has been notified of acceptance via electronic acknowledgement.

ALL BETS SHALL BE DEEMED VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
When a Bet is Void

A bet will be deemed void in the following circumstances:

  • It is not transmitted in full, including instances where transmission was disrupted by technical or communication failure.
  • It was inadvertently accepted by the Company in contradiction to the Documentation.
  • The Company has reasonable belief that the Player or persons are acting in concert or as a syndicate to collude against or defraud the Company.
  • The circumstances or assumptions considered for a particular Event changed.
  • A Market or Event was not suspended at the correct time.
  • Any typographical, technical, human or palpable errors in disclosing or posting Betting Information.
All transactions and communications between Players and the Company are recorded for a period of one (1) month. Players must notify any disputes within one (1) month from the date of the transaction. Recordings will be used as the ultimate authority in resolving disputes.

Preliminary Player Representations

By using the Website and Company Services, the Player irrevocably represents and warrants that they:

    Will use the Website at their sole risk and accept full responsibility for any financial loss, which is deemed foreseeable.

    Will fully indemnify, defend and hold the Company and its Extended Parties harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of any breach of the Documentation.

    Limitation of Liability

    The Company shall not be liable to the Player or any other person for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

    • Indirect, special or consequential damages or loss
    • Loss of profits, revenue, contracts or anticipated savings
    • Loss, damage or corruption of any data
    • Delay or interruption caused by telecommunication services, hardware equipment, or third-party acts (including hacking and DDoS attacks)
    • Voiding, changing, suspending or closing transactions or Player Accounts pursuant to the Documentation
    • Any typographical, technical, human or palpable errors in Betting Information
    • Events beyond the reasonable control of the Company (Force Majeure)
    The Company may restrict, suspend, terminate or void bets if it has reason to believe that the Player’s dealings constitute illegal activity, including fraud or money laundering. The Company shall not be liable for any such actions.

    Use of the Website and Video Streaming

    The general use of the Website is governed by these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy. The Company reserves the right to withdraw the Website or elements thereof at any time without liability to the Player.

    Video Streaming: The Company’s offering of video streaming of Events is proprietary, owned and copyrighted by the rightful intellectual property owners and licensed to the Company. The Player may not copy, re-distribute or make any unauthorized use of the video feed — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate closure of the Player Account.

    Promotions and Special Offers

    From time to time, the Company may issue promotions, special offers or other incentives to Players. These have no alternative cash value and are subject to the specific terms of each promotion.

    The Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to withdraw or change any promotion, special offer or incentive at any time at the Company’s sole discretion.

    Breach of Terms and Conditions

    If you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach, the Company reserves the right to:

    • Decline to open an account
    • Suspend or close an existing account
    • Withhold the payment of winnings and apply such funds against any damages
    The Player acknowledges that the Company shall be the final decision-maker of whether a Player has violated company rules, policies and/or terms, in a manner that results in the suspension or permanent barring from participation.

    Anti-Fraud Policy

    The Player declares that funds used for gambling on the Website are not illegal and that the Services will not be used for any unlawful or fraudulent activity, including money laundering or terrorist financing.

    If the Company finds that the Player is in breach of this policy, it reserves the right to immediately block and terminate the Player Account and confiscate all monetary funds available in the Player Account. The Company is under no obligation to refund any funds in such circumstances.
    Circumvention

    The Company employs sophisticated technology to identify fraudulent or unlawful use of the Services. The Player shall not attempt to break into or circumvent the Company’s security measures. The Company reserves the right to declare a wager and/or winnings void (partially or in full) if any of the following has occurred:

    People associated with the Player directly or indirectly influenced the outcome of an event to obtain an unlawful advantage.
    B
    People associated with the Player are directly or indirectly avoiding the rules of the Company.
    C
    The result of an event has been directly or indirectly affected by criminal or suspicious activity.
    D
    Wagers were placed and accepted during periods when the Website was malfunctioning or experiencing technical problems.
    E
    Due to an error — such as a mistake, misprint, odds error, software issue, technical error or force majeure — wagers were offered, placed and/or accepted based on that error.

    The use of any automated tool, software, external device, program or application designed to provide assistance in betting decisions — or used in any way in connection with the Player’s use of the Services — is strictly prohibited. This includes any software endowed with Artificial Intelligence.

    The Company reviews the use of Services daily to detect the use of AI software. If AI usage is detected, the Company reserves the right to immediately block access to Services, terminate the Player Account, and is under no obligation to refund any funds in the Player Account.
